SEM用クライオ装置 PP3000T　　生産中止　 PP3000T is controlled using an intuitive colour touch-screen, mounted on the userfriendly Prepdek™ workstation. The touch-screen allows user defined recipes to be rapidly entered and stored for instant access. The screen can be set to suit different operator levels and preferences (e.g. analogue or digital vacuum measurements). Chamberscope images of both the preparation chamber and SEM cold stages are displayed and at-a-touch can be expanded to fill the screen.

簡易型 Cryo-SEM装置 K1250 　　生産中止　 K1250 'off Column' Turbo Cryo-SEM cryo-SEM (turbomolecular pumped) with preparation chamber remote from the SEM A self contained(independent) preparation system, with high vacuum turbomolecular pumping. The K1250X includes facilities for rapid specimen freezing, preparation(cold fracturing, ice sublimation and sputter coating), transfer and subsequent examination of frozen hydrated specimens in an SEM or FE-SEM - without the need to utilize the SEM vacuum system. In addition to the cryo preparation system the K1250X comes with a conduction cooled liquid nitrogen SEM stage and cold trap.

ペルチェ冷却アタッチメント K25X　　生産中止　 K25X Peltier Cooled Stage for ESEM, VP, EP and SEM The Emitech K25X is a Peltier Driven Cooling Stage for SEM. It allows the stage to be cooled to sub zero temperatures for samples, which may be sensitive at ambient temperature, subject to beam damage, or may sublime at ambient temperatures. The stage may also be heated for above ambient work.
